Can I use my own catering company?
Fontaine Estates allows you to use any catering company you would like, or self cater.
How do I reserve my date at your venue?
To reserve your date, a non-refundable first payment of $1,500 (amount is applied to the balance) and signed contract are required.
When is the full payment due?
The venue rate must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event.
How does alcohol work at the venue?
Yes! Beer and wine are allowed with a banquet permit and licensed and insured bartender. The bar closes and music must be off by 10:30 pm. Check in to see if we have any of our own wine available!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note, a service fee will be added for all card transactions.
Do I need event insurance?
Yes, event insurance is required. Damage deposit credit card form is also required.
